The Sushi Bar // October Hair @ Shunji Matsuo

This is a super overdue post!!!  Last month.. wait, omg it's already NOVEMBER!!?!?!? *freeze* Okay.. so few weeks back, before heading to Shunji Matsuo for my monthly hair visit, I dropped by The Sushi bar with dearest Shanice for lunch!


If you don't know, The Sushi Bar is a small restaurant located at a corner in Far East Plaza. The restaurant itself honestly looks nothing fanciful... but the food here is LEGIT!! I recommended this place to my sis as well and she was blown away by the standard of the food!! *oishi*!!

I swear this was superrrrr good and addictive!!!! Definitely lived up to its hype! :D




Chawanmushi


Sashimi Platter which was sooooo good as well, especially the Salmon sashimi!! The slices were all so friggin thick and fresh!

And this was mine, Sirloin Steak!! And can I say this dish was done soooooo perfectly again!?!?! Shanice doesn't take beef so I had this whole plate of Beef-goodness all to myself.. *beams* Love it love it love it!!!

I'd definitely return here just for the Salmon Aburi and the Steak! Can't wait to bring Jj here cuz he was so sad he haven't had the chance to try! Also, if you could.. avoid coming during peak periods like dinner time, especially during the weekends cuz it's gonna be packed!

After having such a satisfying lunch, Shanice and I headed down to I*CON Shunji Matsuo by Lily Xu to get our monthly dose of hair-goodness! So happy that Shanice was transferred to the FEP outlet~ We can now do our hair together and keep each other company! :) Time passes much faster when you have someone to talk to!


No idea why I had this sudden impulsive urge that day.. I actually told Lily that I wanted bangs and I also wanted to go short. Lily was like super shocked?! Hahaha. After discussing, we settled for a hair length just above my chest cuz she said I shouldn't do something so extreme all at one go~ In the end, Lily snipped about 5-6 inches off my hair and boy the difference was so big!!!

After snipping away my hair.. I did the same treatment as like always. NP 3.1 Neoprocess Treatment which is a 3 steps treatment process!

I love how Lily always managed to curl my hair the way I want to!! I honestly need to sign up for hair styling classes ok!!

And then a few days back, I visited Lily again! But this time round, it was just hair styling for an event! I was gonna dress up as Marilyn Monroe so I requested for a hairdo just like Marilyn Monroe! Super retro and vintage hairdo!

Super love the fringe!? Got the Taitai feeling right!!
