Whooo! Received an email from Datsumo Labo back in June when I was still having my vacation in Seoul. I have always heard about Datsumo Labo, mostly about the effectiveness and affordability of it but haven't had the chance to try it yet personally! I was soooo excited to embark on this 'hairless' journey with them when I came back to Singapore!!
Fixed an appointment with them immediately in July when I was back and after having my period~
The branch I was invited to is at City Hall - Adelphi Branch! A very convenient central location! :D
Stepped into the outlet and saw this simple and clean layout!
Min (the Datsumo Labo girl who's in charge of me here!) explained to me that LESS EXTRAVAGANCE = LESS COSTS = You guys pay a much cheaper rate than any other hair removal salons!!
On the left is where you can have your consultations and on the right, it's the treatment rooms!
Min explained a few of their treatment packages, very simple to understand la (its mostly like 2 areas/4 areas/7 areas etc to choose from) and I was quickly ushered into my treatment room to have my 1st treatment!
Again, very simple and clean layout!
Changed into the robe and was all ready for my treatment!

I was given the choice to choose from 2 areas and I picked my Upper Legs and Underarms!
For my first treatment, I'm starting with my upper legs first!

Well tbh, I am not exactly a 'hairy' person to start with but still a few strands here and there~ And I quite hate it since I am always in skirts/shorts and I wanna have nice looking flawless upper legs!

So let me share how this whole IPL hair removal works...
STEP 1
Shave away all hair on your designated treatment area
STEP 2
Application of Cold Gel onto treatment area
(**THE GEL REALLY SUPERRRR DUPER COLD!!!** Lol)
STEP 3
ZAP ZAP! Machine to zap away all the hair :D
Not to worry because it is PAINLESS. Just a mild warm sensation but NOTHING PAIN AT ALL!
STEP 4
Application of Cold Towel to soothe the skin
I was in and out of the treatment room in less than 20 mins!
Fast, simple, affordable and effective! :D
It's been a month now and my thighs still feels so smooth as ever! :D And I am also quite surprised at the regrowth rate because it almost feels & looks like no new hair grew out??? Wowwww!!
I can't wait for my treatment for my underarms this month already!

Lunch at Tim Ho Wan Plaza Sing the other day~
Don't call me suaku but this is my FIRST time trying out Tim Ho Wan in Singapore!! The queue for it is always so depressing and nahh, I won't queue an hour just for dimsum. That said, at least I tried the original Tim Ho Wan in Hongkong so not too bad la?
