Just a very typical day out with the boy in town!




Had our late lunch at Koh Grill & Sushi Bar in Wisma cuz Jj had been missing the Shiok Maki!

And then the highlight of the day!! SHIOK MAKI!!!!

It was... SUPERRRR SHIOKKKK!! It tasted even better than the first time I had it! Lol. Maybe I was just too hungry.. hehe. Anyway it took super long for this dear little Shiok Maki to arrive, like approx 30mins?? We were already done with most of the other food before being served the Shiok Maki!


OMG ITS 3.17AM NOW AND HERE I AM BLOGGING ABOUT SHIOK MAKI. *faints* and *drools*



I guess these Shiok Makis are really the star of attraction for the restaurant! Honestly, the rest of the dishes were pretty normal.. but yet the queue (esp during dinner time) was INSANEEEE.  And ohyea, I think the service really suck. The waitresses had such bad attitude...

Fell in love with this crop top I saw in Editors Market but... it looks way too short on me!!  Didn't get it in the end cuz my lil tummy felt really bare and cold from the exposure hehe

Jj and I were pretty free for the month of Aug, especially after he ended his internship with CIMB.  We spent alot of time together, and some days, we would just whip out dishes in the kitchen!
Seafood Aglio Olio!  I would said it is pretty failed cuz I didn't add enough garlic so the aroma wasn't strong enough?? :(


The next day itself, Jj suggested cooking EGG BENNIES and started googling receipes on youtube etc to learn how to make poached egg and hollandaise sauce!
Our instavideo on the cooking process!! Really take my hats off Jj cuz HE MANAGED TO POACH THE EGGS SUCCESSFULLY!! And this was his first attempt!! He even made his very own hollandaise sauce very decently.. just a lil too sour cuz he added too much lemon. But well, guys who cook are already a plus point! ^^ hehehe

Ramen from this new ramen stall in Tampines 1. I've seen people instagram-ing about it that it is good, plus the queue for this restaurant was always long so Jj and I went to try it! BUT... IT WAS SO NORMAL. I don't even find it good! And the service was quite mehh also?? They just put our ramen on the table without telling us which is which and we had to taste to differentiate them only to realise, BOTH WERE THE SAME and mine was served wrongly. No wonder both bowls of ramen looked alike lol. Any ramen stall in Japan wins this hands down for sure!!

Don't you think I look great here?? Hehe Pretty are often associated with big eyes, small nose and a sharp face. I HAVE GOT EVERYTHING IN THIS PIC!

I am really looking forward to next week! I'll be having my first nail appointment next Wed with my Nails Sponsor and also another appointment next Friday with the new sponsor I was mentioning, which could probably have abit of life-changing effect lol. Just joking!!  I will talk more about it when the time is right!!

At the end of the day, I know I will be happy with myself and that's all that matters.. :)
