Making of the King's Platter..

Today was our 7th Monthsary and I decided to make brunch for us since he loves brunch and we'd always have brunch whenever possible! So here's the process of the making of my Ai Xin Brunchhh!!
1. Molding the Hello Kitty Bread


I feel so embarrassed posting my pale face pictures up haha.. :( Only smacked on some concealer, drew brows and eyeliner to look more photo-ready because I know I definitely would want to camwhore a little but.. I still looked so tired and pale.


2. Toast the bread inside the oven


And they should turn out like this:

Just lightly toasted! You wouldn't want your cute HK to turn chaotah~

3. Baked the Eggplant and Carrots

This is the creation of Erjie because she says I need to balance my food with more veggie. I only prepared fresh lettuce initially!!


Here's my helpful Erjie who helped me out this morning so everything was made possible!!! I wouldn't have been able to get everything done on time if not for her help! :D

4. Pan-fry the Meat Patty (To put in between the HK Toast Bread)


5. Pan-fry the Bacon There's no need for oil in this case cuz BACON ITSELF IS FULL OF OIL.


6. Boil some broccoli
7. Pan-fry sausages. I used the oil from the bacon for this! Ohyea and before frying the sausage, I have actually already microwaved the sausages already so the pan-frying was more for the purpose of creating the slight brown on the exterior!! 
8. *THE LEGENDARY EGG* By this time.. Jj had already reached my place so everything was very chaotic in the kitchen because I had to serve the food soon!!! So.. NO TIME NO TIME FOR PICS OF THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE EGGS.

In case you were wondering, this was what I used to make the egg. HAHAHAA. Kinky much??

9. Pan-fry hashbrown. No time no time for pics too because the King was already shaking legs at the living room getting real hungry.... Haha k la I don't be so bad. He wanted to help me out very much k but I declined his kind offer!
10. Start plating the King's Platter

I kept asking my sisters and Jj how much would they pay for this and they said $28-$34 because there are so much variety and the portion is HUGEEEEE. I had to split mine for brunch and dinner lol.  How much would you pay for this? ;)

This yogurt tastes really good!!!!! ;) And according to sis, it's very healthy too based on the ingredients used!
