Holaaaaaaaa everyone!!! I've been SO SO SO busy i feel like the workload is suffocating me. Well actually, not alot as compared to the other teachers......... but i just feel so busy, and so many things to clear and be done before i leave Singapore for a good whole 29days.............
Especially when it comes to clearing my table, i have so many plushies on my table + photos + whats the most difficult part is throwing away all the students' works... y'know. Like u cant bear to throw them.. but no use keeping them uh? (well i kept those teachers' days cards though hehehe!!) My table used to be like an 'exhibit' in the staff room cuz its very pink + bubbly + loads of photozz everywhere i luv it! Now it looks so bare :(

Ok that aside, last Saturday was our Teachers' End of Year dinner at Jurong Bird Park!!
It was fabulous i would say, better than what i had expected! Guess the host played a big role too... he was great!
And also, since the venue was Jurong Bird Park... the theme was something related too, u know like 'birds' and 'feathers' and 'flowers' that sort of things..
So we have to be dressed to fit the theme. Well i just wore a flowery dress + a peacock feathers kind of hairband!

Then once we alighted from the bus, we were greeted with these feathers' pens!!


And then loadz of crappy pictures.....











Mr Teo, my reporting officer! Too bad he's leaving........ he really takes good care of me y'know... and like help me in ALOT of ways.. Alrightzz too bad :(



So we toured around Jurong Bird Park for a while... and apparently, the penguins were fascinated with our feathery pens! damn cute!

Then we proceed to the restaurant to have our dinner!!! Yeeppppzzz!!
But after walking down a flight of stairs, we were surprised by another door gift!!!!

And then i won a LUCKY DRAW!!!!!!!! wahseh first time in my entire life i feel so lucky. My number was 60. So apparently, a few numbers before she called my number, 61 was called. So i was like complaining and whining and making lots of noise that why isn't 60 called, WHY WHY WHY 61?!?!?! And the next thing, the host said "6....0".......
WHOOHOOOOOO BINGOOOOOOOOO~

BUT.............. =.=
$10 Giant Voucher....... gua gua gua~~
Ok la better than nothing!! At least can use it to pay for some snacks for my USA trip ;)

Really enjoyed this event alot! It was fun... never knew teachers could be this fun and spontaneous and crazy and creative too!!!
Luv the games put up too.. esp the slogan game......

For instance, the host would say "We love to deliver", and the fastest representative of the group must run up and answer "Fedex" kind of thing!! So cool......

And they had this question and the slogan was...
"We Understand"

We were all like............. WHAT THE HELL IS "WE UNDERSTAND"... so all sorts of answers came up like "AIA", "AIG", "OCBC".... y'know and all the insurance and banks and stuffs.. then someone said "HDB".
Answer was wrong but the host said it was quite close...........................

And then all of us started to make fun of the teacher....... lol. LIKE WHO ON EARTH WOULD LINK "WE UNDERSTAND" WITH HOTEL 81!? tsktsk~

Ok so all in all, it was a good experience :)
So anyway, my team came in 3rd after so many rounds of games..... *CLAPS*

And so we ended our Saturday night............... a fruitful Saturday for me. Finally something different from the typical Saturday town/club etc....

So that day i was feeling bored... and starting to search the opening dates and prices for Universal Studio... and then came across their official site.
MAN I CANT WAIT FOR ALL OF THEM TO OPEN.. Am sure its gna be SO SO SO DAMN FUN!!!
And also....... the hotels are to die for!!

THERE'S UNIVERSAL STUDIO IN SINGAPORE FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!!

They have the Jurassic Park ride!!!......... ohgod did i mention how much i love this ride?!?!!? Still can remember vividly when the doors open, and its like u're being lead into a total different world, whooo love it!


"The most fun part of this ride is shown in the picture, the 80-foot drop into the water at the end. However, the photographer caught these people a little drier than they were a moment later when they reached the end of the drop. The beginning of the ride is also fun, as you float past three-dimensional dinosaurs five stories tall and other scenes from the film. "




Then they have WaterWorld too.......... Wonder how impressive Singapore can do it till because really.. when i watched the WaterWorld performace, i was SO IMPRESSED OK!! All the effects and stuffs they managed to put up... worth watching!!
Plus also... they're having the Shrek 4D too!!
AIYA GNA BE SO MUCH FUN!!
And the tickets are SOOOO CHEAP TOO!! Like SGD$70?? Compared to the ones in USA... like almost SGD$100..... So those who are whining its expensive and stuff should really think through.. cant expect it to be 'Escape theme park' sort of price right?!
