Hello!!! Been neglecting this space quite abit because I've been having so much fun over this long weekend!!So let's start with Friday first. It was our National Day!!
Had a brunch date with Stef and Karx at SYMMETRY CAFE!

Been wanting to check out this place for the longest time! It's about 10-15mins walk from Bugis Junction~
Btw, I was so impressed with myself for waking up at 11am to prepare myself for our brunch date... Cuz I was out with Jingxuan, Louie & Alex and only slept at like 8am!??! So insane!!

Just had to camwhore to kill time while waiting for our food to arrive~

And I had the classic EGG BENEDICT!I love egg benedicts so much... I never fail to order this dish whenever I am having brunch at anywhere!!

Symmetry Cafe is a really nice place to chill. A cafe by day and a bar at night.Would really love to check out this place again, probably over dinner!

Our Ootd! Karx was the one who asked us to wear white/red and she actually came in BLUE SKIRT. lol wth!!

Then I dropped by Jj's house to snooze and to catch the NDP Show together on TV!We didn't head out to catch the fireworks cuz it's gonna be jam-packed outside and I really hate squeezing with people!! Also, we had already caught the NDP fireworks preview twice so we thought it'll be so lame of us to watch it the 3rd time. Lol 
Anyway!!!! I THINK THIS YEAR'S NDP SONG IS QUITE NICE?? The tune and all quite catchy lor. It's actually still stuck in my head now lol... Wooh ho-oh^oh! Wooh hooh!I don't understand why so many Singaporeans condemn this song...

Then out for supper with Jj!
BAK KUT TEHSo yummy!! But Jj said there's one in JB that's even nicer... can't wait to try it one day!

First time trying out peas and it's actually quite nice!?!!Always thought it looks gross and gonna taste gross too but now I understand why so many people like it!

Consisting of Salmon, Yellowtail, Tuna, Octopus sashimi and some others that I can't remember already!Each and every slice were so thick and friggin FRESH!!We ate so much that all of us felt like we were swimming in an ocean already. LOL




Other yummy items we ordered!!One of the best item was the Fish Soup (top right pic).. remember to order that if you're there!


Another round of sashimi.. this time round it was just Salmon and Yellowtail! So yummy!!


Dajie, Jack and baby Dylan!!Jack gave the entire family a treat cuz he was overjoyed for passing his CFA Level 3! CONGRATS!!

Boy it has grown so much!! I remember he was sooo tiny like a mouse when he was 2 months old?Now he's 4months old already and so naughty!!


Had cravings for Teochew Porridge.. so I went to google up teochew porridge in Singapore and came across this one in Bukit Merah. Super far but it is really famous/popular among cabbies and it's cheap!!And we thought we could drop by Henderson Wave after eating so off we went~

The long queue was NEVER ENDING.Thankfully the queue moved pretty fast!!

7 dishes (cuz we had double portion of cabbage) + 2 porridge for only $13!!Although it is not the yummiest porridge I ever ate, it was still comforting and good!
Y MUST IT BE SO FAR AWAY FROM THE EAST?! :(

For today (Sunday)... did nothing much except for attending a family gathering and also... HITTING THE GYM!!!The bf is sooooooooooo determined to train me. Not that I've gained a significant amount of weight.. but I certainly can feel my fats being all wobbly and jiggly lol. So.. TIME TO TRAIN UP esp since the way I eat is hopeless! But this Jj really no mercy... He made me do everything that he does.. all the weights and all (obviously with lesser weights) because muscles burns fats if you do not already know. Yupppp so await the slimmer and toner me in time to come!!
