Past week in mobile updates!

It's been a week since I last updated this space huh! Sorry for the lack of updates... The 'Sloth' mode in me is kinda on 24/7 lol. Been so lazy to do anything :(

Jurong is so god damn far please... Think I been to Jurong like less than 5 times my entire life?? The whole place just looked so different and 'out of this world' to me~ 
LOL. It actually kinda feels like travelling from Tokyo to Odaiba lol.

Brunch with Earn and Matt few days back at Common Man!


Had their Organic Egg Benedict and it was really GOOD! Price was on the higher side though, $24. Most egg benedicts I had were an average of $18?
But I think its pretty worth it since it's 1) Organic and 2) Beneath the poached eggs, there's a generous amount of tender braised ox cheeks! Yumyummm! I love the rocket leaves too!

I swear I ate so much I can't even... Even Stef was shaking her head at the amount I ate. Especially my favourite pork belly. Lol :P



Lunch BBQ buffet at Tampines 1. It used to be $10 during weekday lunch so after GST about $12? WHICH IS DAMN WORTH IT!
SADLY... they increased the price now (!!!). SIGH It's about $17 after GST now!

Cafe-hopping at Bugis: espressoLAB & Working Title

Met the bestie Stef yesterday for some cafe-hopping! First stop was at espressoLAB cuz reviews were goooood!!

Reuben Beef Sandwhich Roast beef, lemon mayo, rosemary pickled cucumber & carrots on toasted artisan country bread.

The staff recommended me the above and mmhmmm, I would say it's a very interesting dish? Hahah on my first bite I thought it was rather mehhh... but the more I eat the nicer it gets!!!?! Lol

I just didn't really like the bread though. I was never a 'bread' kinda person anyway~

Big Breakkie
The staff were kind enough to cook for us the big breakkie even though the breakfast menu was long over! Also... they were really nice and friendly and even allowed Stef and I to stay wayyy past their closing time! ;)  I look forward to try out their weekend brunches here!

Since there are LOTS of cafes around that area - bali lane/haji lane/arab street etc~ We hopped over to another cafe that Stef recommended called Working Title!


A really cool 'backpacker' cafe concept~ First level is the cafe while above is a backpacker hostel!








We were both exploding from the food earlier on so we only settled for drinks & desserts!

Since I don't drink coffee... I opted for Ice Chocolate which was sadly like.. SHIT. It was so blend and thin?! Yuck didn't like it at all. The one at espressoLAB was so much better!!!


Ice cream cookie sandwich!! This was not that bad albeit too diabetic ;)



It's hard for me to rate if this cafe is good or bad since I haven't tried the food personally... but based on the food selection I think they look promising!! Will definitely be back here again to try!
